Course Description:

This nine weeks course expands upon the level one course in computer technology for middle school students. Topics include basic operational skills, word processing, desktop publishing, graphics, multimedia, telecommunications, databases, spreadsheets, and legal and ethical issues. An introduction to the Logo computer language is also included at this level. Acceptance into the course will be based on successful completion of Computer Exploratory Level I, teacher recommendation, or proficiency on a technology – related assessment.
