The band program at Landstown Middle School stays very busy with the following programs:

• 6th grade -- beginning band
• 7th grade -- beginning band and intermediate band
• 8th grade -- advanced band, pep band, marching band, jazz band, woodwind ensembles, and festival band

The program is open to all students who are interested in learning to play a band instrument. We recommend students start in 6th grade but do still take beginners in the 7th grade. The marching band, jazz and woodwind ensembles are the groups that go into the community to perform.
