| Suzanne Radermacher received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Wake Forest University and her Masters and Advanced Studies degrees in Counseling from the University of Virginia. After completing her education, she was a vocational rehabilitation counselor and a community college counselor in Richmond. Mrs., Radermacher has worked in the Virginia Beach school system as an elementary, middle school, and high school counselor. Prior to joining the Landstown staff, she was a high school guidance director. She is married and has three daughters. Mrs. Radermacher is a proud advocate of the public school system and considers it a great privilege to work with the LMS community. |

| Darlene Hubard holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Texas and a M.ED. In Counseling, with Special Education Certification. She came to the VBCPS with 12 years of classroom experience and has been with VBCPS for the 23 years as a guidance counselor. Her background also includes working within the psychiatric setting and juvenile probation. She is married with one daughter, three grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. |

| Amy Neff is a Registered Nurse who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master of Science degree in Education with an emphasis in School Counseling, both from Old Dominion University. Her background includes: working as an RN in an acute care setting for over 10 years and more recently, working as a Professional School Counselor at Landstown Middle since 2000. Amy is also a National Certified Counselor.
Amy is a native of the Tidewater area having grown up in Virginia Beach, is married, and has a new puppy named Miss Murphy.

| Rhonda Ogden has worked in the VBCPS school system since 2000 and has worked at Landstown MS as guidance secretary since 2005. Her background includes over 25 years of executive level secretarial /administrative assistant experience. Mrs. Ogden is married and has three daughters. She feels blessed to be working with our Lancer students and staff. |
