	Rose Johnson has a dual Masters in College Student Personnel Administration and Counseling & Guidance from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. After working as a Caseworker for a non-profit agency and as a Student Activity Officer in the satellite branch of I.U., she moved to Pennsylvania to become a tenured faculty member at Millersville University. Several years later she moved to Virginia Beach and wrote grants for substance abuse programs before becoming a Guidance Counselor.

	Darlene Hubard holds a B.S. degree in Education from the University of Texas and a M.Ed., with Special Education Certification, from the University of North Texas. She has 12 years of classroom teaching experience. Mrs. Hubard has worked the past 20 years with VBCPS as a guidance counselor. Her background also includes working within the psychiatric setting and with juvenile probation. She is married with one daughter and three grandchildren.

	Amy Hartz is a native of the Tidewater area. Amy is a Registered Nurse, having worked in the acute care setting for over four years before she changed career paths to become a National Certified Counselor. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master of Science degree in Education from Old Dominion University. For the past three years, Amy has had the privilege of working as the Special Education Counselor at Landstown Middle School.

	Rhonda Ogden has lived in Virginia Beach since 1997 and has worked for the VBCPS for the past seven years as an Administrative Associate.  Her background includes over twenty years of executive level secretarial/administrative assistant experience.  Mrs. Ogden is married and has three daughters.  She is privileged to be working with the Lancer staff, parents and students as guidance secretary.
